Chase Hill serves as the Director of Tax Services and Senior Wealth Advisor. Chase has been a vital part of the Heritage team since its founding in 2005 and is a partner of the firm. He has a deep appreciation for Heritage’s rich diversity and finds immense pride in the firm’s role as a trailblazer in shaping the future of wealth management.
He fosters a profound sense of belonging among the families he serves, forging meaningful connections with the upcoming generation. Engaging with philanthropic and charitable clients allows Chase to reconnect with Heritage’s fundamental principles, as they work together to construct enduring communities that uphold their shared aspirations and principles for generations to come.
Personally, Chase resonates with Heritage’s core value of collaboration, finding great fulfillment in the collaborative efforts that underpin his work. He considers teamwork to be one of the most gratifying aspects of his profession.
Chase is an active member of the Board of Trustees for Trinity Episcopal High School, serving for nearly 10 years in various capacities. As chair of the board, he oversees the long-term strategy and direction of the school. He also serves as a board member for Chesterfield Cultural Arts Foundation and is a member of the Central Virginia chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), The Estate Planning Council of Richmond, and The Richmond Private Business Study Group. Chase volunteers with Junior Achievement of Central Virginia.
Chase attended Virginia Tech and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Chase is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and an Enrolled Agent.
Chase was married the same year he joined Heritage, and he and his wife, Lara, have two children together. He enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and tailgating at Virginia Tech sports events.
